ToilBee provides a platform that connects freelancers and clients for various services. By using our platform, you agree to:

1.2. Compliance with Laws: Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and ToilBee's policies while using the platform.
1.3. Prohibited Conduct: Refrain from engaging in any activity that violates the rights of other users or is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal.
2. Account Creation
Certain features on ToilBee may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Freelancer and Client Responsibilities
3.1. As a freelancer on ToilBee, you agree to:
3.1.1. Provide accurate information regarding your skills, experience, and qualifications.
3.1.2. Deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines.
3.1.3. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
3.1.4. Uphold the ToilBee community guidelines and standards.
3.1.5. Do not use multiple accounts to distrubence the clients.
3.2. As a client on ToilBee, you agree to:
3.2.1. Provide clear project requirements and details to freelancers.
3.2.2. Treat freelancers with respect and professionalism.
3.2.3. Honor agreed-upon payments for services rendered.
4. Intellectual Property
Freelancers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights for the work they create on ToilBee unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
5. Payment and Fees
ToilBee may charge fees for certain services or transactions. By using our platform, you agree to the applicable fees and payment terms outlined by ToilBee.
6. Content Guidelines
Users are responsible for the content they post on ToilBee. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
6.1. Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
6.2. Offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
6.3. Spam, malware, or any harmful material.
7. Termination of Account
ToilBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
